2. Link your phone
Connect WhatsApp, SMS, or Telegram and reply Y to the verification text.
3. Text your check-ins
Whenever you do the habit, text it: "meditated", "ran 5k", "no sugar today". One text per habit keeps the log clean.
4. Watch the streak grow
Open your dashboard to see your current streak, best streak, weekly goal progress, and the consistency heatmap filling in.
